Social Policy:

Members signing up for a social or other club events bearing a financial commitment, when the stipulated cost of event attendance is determined by specific or minimum numbers of attendees, will be responsible for their cost of the event unless they cancel their commitment  prior to the Club’s obligation to an applicable vendor or vendors.  The event sign-up sheet shall stipulate the date before which a cancellation can occur without cost to the member.  After the no cost cancellation date, members can give or sell their commitment to members, prospective members or guests at their election.
